Well... I have Zone Alarm Pro and yes I can Block individual IP's, Domains, or IP Ranges. I don't believe you can do that with the free version...

There is also a sendmail for windows...works just like the one for unix
but unfortunately It's not free. (but they let you have a free trial) I have used it on Abyss using My ISP's smtp and It worked ... |
