I took down my old website that worked fine (puntjoe.no-ip.com), and made a new one (mortalessence.no-ip.com and mortalessence.dynalias.com)

The configurations have not changed.

When you linked to the EXE file, did you put the link as:

"c:\progran files\abyss\htdocs\blah\blah.exe"

or

"/blah/blah.exe"

Set the SMTP server parameter to your ISP Outgoing mail server you use in Outllok (or your mail program).
