I just restarted my router and it works! Since port 80 is open I checked it out on a ip scanner and my ip is obvisouly alive with a port open is this dangerous? will hackers easily be able to get in?

OK problem solved. If its not the correct filename it won't see it :-)

Are you positive its right?

Remember its case sensetive.
