Changing the port to 85 and then forwarding that port in the Linksys to the same .250 IP address works.

I double check prot 80 and it is forwarding both UDP and TCP traffic to the same .250 address ...

The only index.* that exists are mine...not the default. I tried re-naming the default page and then finally deleting it. Still no luck...had done this before I posted here ...
