How do i block someone from downloading the misc.foo files that are in my www path. i want to block all .foo files from being downloadable by a person putting that filename in the URL request.

nghttp2.dll is missing from your 7.1.4 PHP x64 pre-config package.

i'm finding PHP_INT_SIZE = 4, PHP_INT_MAX = 2147483647. So i presume these are 32bit builds, are there any 64bit builds?
if not for a reason, what is the issue?

It's probably a user permissions issue. you might need to be Admin or some such.

On a slightly related note.. in Windows 8 i have installed Abyss to run as server, but when the machine reboots it ...

I want to make a request to Abyss server that doesn't try to read from the disk.. i'm looking for a simple way to see if Abyss is running, but without the HDD spinning up.

win7-64. seems to be OK.
much appreciated for updating these packages.

got some very verbose errors cause i'd failed to set the timezone, when i used date(), but thats to be expected.
