My IP (I think) is 192.168.1.1
My Port number I am using is 123.

I typed http://192.168.1.1:123 into the browser and the website I have inside htdocs opened up.

I am not behind a router at all. ...

I downloaded the .bat file and it says my Ip address is 192.168.1.1

Other people can't view my webpage but I can. What should I do, cause I didn't understand the above stuff.
