|

:twisted:
so I installed everything and it went quite smooth. i downloaded php and installed it as your direction states. I test it with a simple
<?PHP
phpinfo();
?>
and it works !!!!! so i continue to make a another file when i call that file
for exsample http://www.myserver.com/newphpfile.php it does not work
so in my trouble shooting frame of mine i take the code from newphpfile.php and paste into the index.php file and the php executes.
so I dont understand the problem I just cant run php anywhere else besides from the index.html file and I also tried the same thing in the index.php file and came up with the same results any answres to my problem |

What do you mean exactly by "it doesn't work?". Can you be more explicit ? _________________ Support Team

What I mean is the page does not load at all
but if i go back to the index the html loads and the php executes
you know like one of these deals
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

any Idea what might cause this? |

Right now I am using my domain name andI am redirecting my domain to my server at home. the first thing is I have a verizon account and i beleive they are blocking requests on port 80 so I swtched my port to 90. I was calling up my wesite like this http://www.mywebsite.com/page2.php of coarse this wont work with my redirecting adress witch also is using a masking feature. thanks for your response and hopefully i wont have to post problems maybe just answers thanks |
